Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched or fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, we are unable to process cancellations. Upon receiving a cancellation request, our admin team will review and approve it, and we will process your refund within 24 hours.

Returns

You have 5 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the reason must be valid (e.g., defective product, incorrect product, missing parts), and the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. After the inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The credit will typically appear within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Refunds

If the return is valid as per our return policy, we will refund your shipping costs in full. However, if the return reason is not valid, you will be responsible for both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
