Shipping
We will initiate the shipping of your order within 24 hours of receiving it. The usual delivery time is 5-6 days, while for local orders, delivery will typically take 2-3 days.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are as follows:
- ₹29 for prepaid orders
- ₹69 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Free shipping on prepaid orders with an order value above ₹999
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Upon receiving your cancellation request, our admin team will approve it and process your refund within 1 hour.
Returns
You have 5 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the reason must be valid (e.g., defective product, incorrect product, missing parts). The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for a return.
Shipping Refunds
If the return is valid as outlined in the return policy, we will refund your shipping costs in full. However, if the return reason is not valid, you will be responsible for both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
