Order Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order at any time before it’s dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
- The time window for cancellation varies depending on the product category. The order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed, which will be detailed on the product or order confirmation page.
- In some cases, after the specified cancellation period, you may still be able to cancel your order, but a cancellation fee may apply. Details regarding this will be specified on the product or order confirmation page.
- If the seller cancels your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Right of Acceptance:
- Bazunica reserves the right to accept or reject any order cancellation. We also reserve the right to modify the cancellation time window or cancellation fee from time to time at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy – Hyperlocal Orders:
- Orders placed under the MINUTES delivery option (for hyperlocal orders) are non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-service due to rapid delivery times, except under the following circumstances:
- The order was not delivered within the estimated time displayed when placing the order.
- The order has not been picked up by the delivery partner.
- The seller has not accepted or has canceled the order for reasons not attributable to you.
- You may request cancellation/refund via a CX Agent under these circumstances.
- The platform reserves the right to update cancellation conditions from time to time.
Easy Doorstep Cancellation:
- You may request cancellation for any other reason as determined by the platform. In case of order cancellation by Bazunica:
- If the cancellation is initiated by us due to product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical constraints, you will not be charged for the canceled order.
- Any payments made will be refunded within 5-7 business days. You can track the status of your refund on the Order Details page.
Returns Policy
Returns are offered by respective sellers and may include exchange, replacement, and/or refund, depending on the seller’s return policy. The general returns policy is divided into three parts, so please read all sections carefully.
Product-Specific Returns Policy:
